Was trained by the CIA in Egypt during his time there in exile as a student. He took control of the Ba'ath party and staged a coup. Then we used him as a buffer against Iranian revolutionary expansionism. We allowed him to invade Kuwait, then turned and backstabbed him. Then Bush declared a new world order. Later we offed him.
Ford, Arm & Hammer, Standard Oil, and many more gave funding, technology and helped build entire factories in Germany. We needed Germany strong enough to start a huge war so we could ride in as the saviors and declare a United Nations. One step closer to world government.
In the beginning: "They are the two of the darkest figures of world history". Isn't Hussein a dictator like other terrible regimes in the middle east? So just because we we toppled his regime he has to be some nazi-like bad ass. And didn't the United States support Hussein as an ally for a while, as well as supported Hussein with money for the Iraq-Iran war?...
@constabret: Exactly..In the words of one prominent Baathist,Ali Saleh Sa`adi, we rode into power on a CIA train. In 1963 the US supported a coup in Iraq to topple the regime of Soviet sympathizer Abdel al-Karim Qasim.. He had withdrawn from the British established Baghdad Pact, started to nationalise oil and threatened Kuwait, Alan Dulles called Iraq the most dangerous place in the world.. After the coup the CIA man in Baghdad said in a letter to Kennedy that the coup was a victory for `our side`
we love our great hero saddam hussain.who stopped infidel khomeini force to occupy civilized muslim world.he will remember in all muslim world as hero and as a mujhaid.

I have watched all the videos and too bad the History Channel doesn't do a series in the Muslim Brotherhood and their stealth jihad in our Western countries. They are not only associated with Saddam, Al Qaeda, hamas and too many other violent jihadist groups, but also the front groups like the Muslim Student Assoc., ISNA, MPAC, NAIT, CAIR, etc. And the Wahabbis work with them, the Sufi are their 'faces' so they can tell us how peaceful they are (haha) and work to establish sharia.
Interesting how no mention is made of the influence of Stalin, who was Hussein's big hero. Apparently he had a whole library of writings on Stalinism. I've never heard this Nazi angle before.
Shame about the beat box playing ALL the way through. Why do so many US documentaries have inane background music all the way through? It's as if they are scared I will lose concentration and change channel.
muslim brotherhood also wants a united arab empire/caliphate.

This documentary is sensationalist but it does contain an important revelation that few enough people are aware of.
