Holy shit! i do that when i shadow box to practice fluidity and to make my body use to any possible motion but i didnt know it was actually practiced!
It looks like he has no bones in his arms! 8O lol. Never heard of this-there must be many many martial arts I havent seen yet. Wing Chun and drunken boxing are my fav tho :D I want to learn atleast the basics of all martial art.
Jute Silat-Kung Fu i do that is fun and esy at the same time because ur opponent can not track body movement if its free and stretchy it will always come to you and ur bones gain power from u stretching ur arm all the way back and letting it go gravity love it
nice flow
intresting to see flow of legs and total body flow

It kind of looks like how a chimpanzee moves. What art is this?

cool style. How would something like that fair in a boxing ring? Personally I'd like to see it.

Could you put up a video of you hitting a heavy bag like that? And, you know, moving it as much as an actual boxer would?
ultimatehammer 2 years ago
@ultimatehammer The power goes through the bag (you can feel it allot more if you hold the bag than the usual "push power"
A boxer doesn't want to get hit by this ; )

@zzsharka Similar to Fedor/sambo punching TBH... search for 'sambo casting punch', or watch a Fedor fight.

The "movements" he is doing is actually forms of block and distraction from the opponent before the fight so it is guaranteed to work
