@TheZombieFred Make sure the layer you want to make a mask on, is selected, then use the pen tool to make your mask.

@February19th yes i have, i went to the adobe

@February19th i went to adobe file wich had the shortcuts, (search on the internet how to change shortcuts) and changed the alt [ to 8 and the alt ] to 9, and now it works, otherwise it wouldn't work, some more people have had this problem , look on google: alt [ doesn't work. there is a thread from some1 that tell how to change the shortcuts.

@romeo2009 Thanks :) Landing is very easy, its pretty much the same process.... but in reverse :) So just animate a still image of yourself flying down, then cut to the video of you landing.

@Solarcoreg get vegas i highly recommend i try most of the programs vegas+Afeter effects is best for pros and even starters i have most programs those two i use most

This could just as easily be done in a simpler program, like Premiere Elements. I tried this and it worked there, too. It's a pretty basic concept.
