@Socratess2007 Oops! Amending my comment due to un grande erreur - the arranger of this was Nick De Caro, who also left a substantial legacy of work with several Grammy-winning artists! Perry Botkin arranged 10 of the songs on this Sandpipers album. Of course this had to be one of the 2 he did NOT! It seems crass to say, but it seems fabulous arrangers are a dime a dozen. No of course they are not, but enough to demonstrate how highly competitive that phase of the music industry really is! chuck
@benglen There's more to this than meets the eye (or ear). Beyond the gorgeous vocals of the Sandpipers is another amazing artist who took a simple melody & filled it out into this lush bossa nova orchestration of this song from 1967. His name is Perry Botkin Jr, & if you like this you'd do well to find more of his music. My playlist for him has 32 songs so far. He's one of 400 mostly instrumental artists I've listed, part of 700 playlists overall. you can hear over 100 songon my 1967 playlist.
Great song in a relaxing bossa nova rhythm. Thanks for uploading this gem !

You have such lovely roses. Why don't mine look like that? I loved Tim Hardin's work. Thanks.
