  • that was nice

  • what IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!! :))))) best idiot think ever seen :)) i do ju-jitsu and these guys are complet idiots!!!!

  • 10th planet! Nice work ;) Gotta tighten up that rubber guard though.

  • good control and nice t choke dude! one thing to make note of, a few times you had an opportunity for an omaplata, his leg and arm where there for the taken. fyi;).

  • muito bem...mais eu tenho certesa que mesmo sendo um striker eu daria uma luta melhor no chão do que vocês.

  • you suck!!!!!

  • Good job bro.

  • rash guard noted. lol

    nice vid.

  • arm triangle from guard. awesome. one of my favorite submissions

  • nice sub and good control. your opponent needs to learn how 2 break guard before you guys go at it again

  • excellent! Wish i was as good at your age.

  • mando is terrible.

  • yeah it seemed that your opponent kept leaning into you too much. rather than trying to pass your guard it looked like he was trying to submit you from the top position alot. I might be wrong, couldnt tell from the vid angle

  • Good submission!

Where'd you get the rash guard?!

  • opponent postured up and had good position for a kimura but your guard is great good job!

  • I've never had much success with the rubber guard. I find that I my hips always seem to be shut down and i end up flat on my back and i can't pull anything off. The benefit of the Rubber Guard, i.e. controlling posture, also seems to be it's weakness, it shuts down hip movement. I like the Arm Wrap guard better but unfortunately Joe Rogan doesn't pimp that one on the UFC.

  • I have had tons of success with the RG on big guys, wrestlers, and even a BJJ black belt. You have to get your hips out and sit up into your opponent like you are doing a crunch in Mission Control. If your hips are too deep under him you have no leverage and can get flattened out. You can use your other foot to post on their hip in Mission/Retard Control and prevent the stack, but if they are just posturing up trying to pull out swing the foot on the hip up and lock in Crackhead Control.

  • Your rubber guard needs some improvement, but Arm triangle from the guard? Nice!

  • congratulations! one critique: sweeps, especially when your opponents posture is that bad

  • Druuuuuuuuuuu!!!! That's my boy!!! You guys don't understand this guy is insane...he's gotten like 6.5 % better since this tourney. Can't wait to see you compete again Drew. Love Matt "P.I." Did y'all notice the rockin batman shirt?

  • Did you chocked him by wraping your right arm under his armpit and neck?

Anyway, I congratulate you with victory. You seem to have good flexibility, how long do you train?

  • It was a head and arm triangle. At the time of this tounament it had been three months.

  • Nice technique. Decent usage of the rubberguard. Props for getting this choke from the guard, dont see that as often. Great job man.

  • Nice job. except at the several times you could have had a armbar at around 2:10-2:20

  • I won't call you babe, but I will say good job! Nice way to frustrate him with the rubber guard and nice arm triangle.

  • i love the clear shot of the other guy tapping out.

    kickin ass babe!
