So because the Senate has decided to include old people (after they whined and moaned about not being included) living on Social Security, the rebate has been reduced from $500 to individual tax-payers and $1,000 to working couples. Thanks a lot, you old farts. It's bad enough you drive 30 MPH below the speed limit. Now you're gonna take money from people who actually work and pay taxes?
