And Sony are stupid for still not releasing a legal PSX game ripping software, why would I buy a digital copy of a game I have here on CD? The PS store titles are limited anyway, most games I have aren't even available. PSP is an ok system out of the box, but it's the custom firmware that makes it my favorite system ever. Portable Snes + Genesis + PSX = best thing ever, I couldn't care less about PSP games

Yeah, the software sales go down because of hacking, but sony still makes money selling consoles and accessories. My PSP is my portable retro gaming system, I use it to play Snes and Genesis games, and a lot of PSX games that I still own and didn't finish

It really isn't possible to make an unhackable device. Sony should embrace the homebrew community and maybe they could get something out of it. They wouldn't have sold practically any PSPs if they weren't hackable because the amount of worthwhile games is so low.
