Doesn't Meeka own the makaele trademark rights, i.e. wasn't she the first to ever dare it? I've heard girls say Ashley Icon was the first, but I can't imagine her ever turning it in an innovative way... Although she, as a legend, obviously did at some point. If someone could help me obtain the answer to that question, I'd really appreciate it.

@terrapintexan77 BALLROOMTHROWBACKS says that the makaella is mostly attributed to Ashley, but Mystery Dior claimed that she stole it from him. But after Ashley and before Meeka, Niambi was known for doing it.
