Both endings are kind of a cop-out in my opinion. So using the power of the crystals to revive his friends is wrong, but if you use the giant parallel universe marble it's alright? Undermines the whole message of the story if you ask me. At least with Brink, you can see the crystals have taken a permanent toll on his body. But Maggie seems just fine, even if you use the crystal. It's a cop-out, plain and simple.
anyone else think that instead of the alien going back and getting them so easily, that when he said there millions of possibilities to where they could be that he should have jumped in and then the game end, and then there be sequels with him traveling to the diffrent places in search? thats what i think. they could have made ths just the start, As much as i enjoyed this game, they could have takne it much farther
@kaktuzz using the life crystals either ages you when used OR liek they said in the clip/game it isn't actually you that is brought back, kinda more like just a sentient like being of that person
@EmperorZ19 actually, i found that if you dont have a crystal when she dies, there is no way you can get one at all. the only way to retrieve a crystal is from putting the eyepart back in to the machine when brink dies. Lucky I saved it lol.
in the GOOD ending boston does not try to get maggie back to life by the crystals as he promesed. But IMO the both endings are '' good '' Cuze they got even in the end

There are still some good ones like the two Dreamfall games and the two Runaway games, but but yeah I know what you mean. I was disappointed with the new Sam & Max games.
You have to put the "relic" (the green lost part of the machine that opens the Eye) in Brink's machine again, in order to get more crystals... you can repeat this as many times as you want ;)

Lol, the primary reason that I didn't try to revive her was because i didn't feel like walking back down the ramp in order to retrieve a crystal.

When she dies use some life cyrstals on her body if I remember correctly you have to get abit of a surplus from Brinks crystal machine beforehand.
