Would you be so kind to tell me how you bent this? I see you have took out the speaker and armed the grill with a plate of somesort. Did you follow any instructions? I've got the reed ghazala book but i dont think the pt10 is in there. I've just ordered my pt10 for circuit bending reasons but i'm not to sure where to find the pitch mod etc.
Cheers. It's not hard at all. The easiest way to go about it is to pick up the circuit bending book by Reed Ghazala. it's got a load of projects in for speak and spells, a casio sk and a load of other stuff. it's where i started some time ago. From there i moved on to teaching myself some basic electronics and making diy guitar fx. I'm now teaching myself picbasic and how to use microcontrollers which i hope to be able to apply in the future.
In return may i recommend gospels of the gash by navicon torture technologies. A fine collection of their best works and the perfect introduction to their genre of sound. As for the stranglers. Not my cup of tea i'm afraid. I prefer a bit of numan myself. And as to if it's music or not. it's all relative. just depends on the perspective.
gospels ? mmm ? my mum gave all the family's inheritance on the basis of the gospel from st Paul to thte corinthianns to my brother peter, so excuse me if i'm a little bit sceptical, in the meantime, try the gospel according to the men in black by the stranglers and learn what you can from that. Dave Greenfield knew knowledege beyond the childish stuff you are playing around with, but i wish you best of luck and hope your journey is a broad one.
Cheers. I'm not sure who Dave Greenfield is but if he can tell me how to perfect a resonant low pass filter circuit i'm working on which is proving to be very troublesome then he's more than welcome in my land of the all that is.
i think it's also worth pointing out that if i were remotely interested in getting off about my skills and technique (or lack of therin) i'd join a covers band.....
Thanks. It's more or less a vl1 with more room. Although there are other drone mods on them i found sacrificing them to add an lfo gives them thing a wider range of sounds and more variety. Plus i spent my formative years addicted to rob hubbard sound tracks on the commodore 64 so the lfo letting the pt pretend to be a sid chip lets me take trip down nostalgia avenue haha :D
Aright man.
This is class.

Good christ I have not heard hardcore bass and distortion beats from a PT model before like this one. Amazing sounds. That thing is incredible.
