control pannel is the thing that i am always scared to open.

alright why are you scared to open control panel?

it nothing serious and wont harm your system, the only thing that could really harm your system and you should never try to open , is regedit which edits your system registry files but thats another subject.Anyways control panel only changes so options , but does not mess up your system, actually anything you do on control panel , you will be able to undo it..
