Thank you for creating such and interesting and well researched story.
In future could you mention the possible actions we can do to find out more information and participate in legal action to rectify such loopwholes in the law.
The United States is accountable for the actions for these awful people and if we want the respect for our country in the world it is our job to focus on those who use the letter of the law to misdirect the spirit.
You cannot be any more under-educated than shrub, I promise.
PS: You might want to make a pen pal in Canaduh so you can go visit - pretty fast - HilLIARy, Obama or McCain are re-instating the draft, coming soon to a state near YOU. -
Oh, and they'll probably want your sister, this time around, too.
With a president that ignores the law, a vice president who thumbs his nose at Congress, to the point of dening that he is a member of the executive branch, I feel we have been captured by evil doers. How can we stop them when they disregard the legislative branch, steal our votes? Could the U.N. step in and retreive our country?
Palast is lieing. The email he "discovered" was submitted to the court by Donegal itself and the proposal to donate debt to the Presidential Housing Initiative was fully examined by the court and they found no "mischief" in it whatsoever. It is all in the judgment posted on the web by BBC and Jubilee... It is amazing that he is willing to dupe Congressmen this way...
I understand that...but it seems like focusing on vultures, skips over the problem of foreign aid. To loan money that cant reasonable be paid back is bad grounds, and the government seems to take issue now with the subprime housing market where private banks issue loans out to people that may not be able to afford it, where time would be better spent on taking issue with its own sentimental policies with ill-consequences.
That still doesn't escape the complex problems involved in foreign aid and in fact merely giving money without obligation creates further problems. If a third world nation recieves easy money the likelyhood of it risking the capital on a nonprofitable affair is more likely after all they don't have any obligation to pay it back if it doesn't fail.
Yeah. I see how the scam is played. Your profile says you're an ex-nuke worker. What did you do? Anyway, I'm back off to the world of Travian to continue the cycle of raping, pillaging, and conquering the world. My buddy got me involved with it. He's a Roman in the game, and I'm a Gaul. We're going to build alliances with each other to conquer the whole of the world(in the game at least). We dominated the cyber world in IRC, and we're going to dominate this other cyber world.
My buddy lives in England. We met on IRC about 8 years ago or so. We've been friends ever since. We became an extremely large warez channel, and destroyed channels and IRC networks. We were hated and feared. We'd go into a channel and steal all their fast bots, and leave them with crap. We'd destroy IRC networks because they would not bow to us. Yeah, I like a power trip. If I ever get on the top rung of the socio-economic ladder, I'll be very dangerous lol.
I'd turn my economic wealth into political control. I see how the political game is played. I see how influence is bought and sold like it was a commodity. I have friends in both high and low places. Both are useful in obtaining political control. Politicians love corporate jobs, prostitutes, and cocaine. The high place friends help in the former, and the low place one's help in the latter. I've played the dope game, I know how that world functions as well. Learned enough to leave it.
I'm pretty intelligent. I have done nothing in life, but I will. I haven't used the resources that I have to benefit myself yet, but I'm still strategizing. Soon, I will capitalize on the resources available, but I want to first build up a fair amount of resources, then, go big. I don't want to half-ass anything. I want to know how I can use this resource, that one, and this other one in conjuction with each other to maximize my monetary returns, and have my plan drawn up for expansion.
The way I have my plans drawn up, I should become a millionaire in about 5 years, but I didn't factor in taxes. With taxes it will take around 8-10 years. After that, my wealth should grow exponentially, as I have about 10 ideas I want to pursue thereafter. I'm trying to plan 10 moves in advance. If I'm going to get on the top rung, I need to have a plan. Otherwise, I'll get to a point and end up spinning my wheels because I won't have my next move pre-planned.
I have analyzed the system, and I have determined that I can use the system for what it is and how it is to overcome the powers controlling it at present. I'll work through their institutions and mechanisms, and come out on top. It's not enough for me to live in the world. I have to control it. In order to control it, I have to destroy the old system, and thus destroy those who are in control of it, and establish my own system. It can be done. I just have to strategize and build alliances.
I would then establish scholarship programs at the various high schools around me. I would have the best and brightest coming to me to tell me they're the best and brightest. I would provide them access to a college education, then I would funnel them into the private sector under me. Essentially, what I would be doing is grooming them, taking a smart but poor kid, giving them the world, and making them loyal to me.
If they should fuck me over, then the gravy train stops, and suddenly, their bank accounts disappear, and they default on their mortgage. They'll be left homeless and pennyless. The next kid I groom, I will give them copies of their bank account before they fucked me, take them to see their old house, and then take them to look at them in the street.
I'll tell them, if you are loyal, you will have that bank account and house, if you fuck me, you'll lose it all and end up on the streets suckin dick for pocket change. I can make you, and I can break you.
Machiavelli said it was best to be feared and loved, but if you cannot maintain that balance, then it is better to be feared than loved. I agree. Fear will keep your subjects more loyal than love will. Love fades, fear does not. Also, it is better to elevate others to power and make them dependent on you for their power. If they have the ability and devices to achieve that power on their own, then they are not depedant on you for it. They are an enemy.
I have done a fair amount of reading on how to obtain and maintain control. Individuals such as Adolf Hitler have valuable information on things of that nature. The reason is, they managed to obtain control. Their works are a roadmap for anyone with ambitions for control and conquest. An individual like Mao Zedong is someone to read about. He obtained control over China. He had to kill around 10 million people to do it, but he obtained control.
It's vitally important for those people with ambitions for control and conquest to put aside any political, economic, social, and religious philosphies and concentrate on the fundamental means by which these people obtained control. If you want to control, you have to stop being controlled, learn how to control, and start controlling. My intentions are to do that.
Also complexities arise with who's giving the money, their agenda, and who recieves the money--it isn't individuals that get it directly but the governments often corrupt and prone to tyranny (perhaps one of the reasons the countries remain poor). Think of all the dictatorships we've stregthened through aid, or all the bad policies enforced by those who give aid (such as low tariffs that never allow developing countries to get off the ground and develop capital of their own).
"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

They sued them for 55 million, well then I assume those poor countries borrowed around that much and must be responsible for the amount.

They're poor though, lol. They can't pay it. That's point.

Because - they 'loan' it to put the receivers over a barrel.
If the receivers can't pay (of course), then they take possession of that country's hydro-electric, or crops, or copper, anything of value.
