There was prior warning on the 5th September 2001 that planes were going to be used as missiles. The targets predicted were :- White House, Pentagon, Twin Towers, State of Liberty, and the San Francisco Bridge. They were reasonably good guesses and the prior warning was given by 2 CIA people while in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England. The best evidence that the U.S. government allowed it to happen is that after the first plane hit, they did nothing about the other three. You don't need anymore than that. There is the high possibility that an ace did indeed defy orders and stay on the SOP and shot down the plane in Shanksville PA. I believe this to be the case from all the evidence. Engineers say that for the WTC towers to collapse, their steel frames didn't need to melt, they just had to lose some of their structural strength. Steel will lose about half its strength at 1,200 degrees F. The steel will also become distorted when heat is not a uniform temperature.
