I heard that they do not have dedicated servers for MW2 for PC, so if the host logs, the game ends. Is that true?

If so, I refuse to buy it. They need to learn to de-consolize games for the PC. There is a reason why we play PC games - we prefer customizability, key bindings, fov change, mouse binds, superior graphics, modding, and ease of playing online with dedicated servers!

Yes, there is a small pause while the game picks a new host and sends the data to him. Then there's a 5 sec countdown and the game continues :)

Well, the game works through steam so you're gonna have to call via steam. Spec Ops, however, doesn't have a push-to-talk button to communicate with your buddy. Unfortunately...

But it's possible in multiplayer.

Great card, huh :) You Can't install this game without Steam. So Yes, steam comes with the installation. Steam may apply a few updates before you can play the game. After that, you can play right away.

My game sometimes freezes, the sound starts to loop, yes. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del and then cancel and i can play with no problems again. In Fact that happens to most of the games i play. The time between the freezes is random... I think i have a faulty card or something. I hope it's just caused by the slowdown due to my slow processor and fast GPU.. Otherwise i have no problems running my game. Hmm, i hope this answered your question :)

I was dissapointed by the co-op in how you cant join random games. you need to invite someone to your party and then choose a scenario. Ive had this game for over a week and i would love to play co-op if i just had a friend with ps3 who wants to play co-op instead of multiplayer
