You're a good player, you have a great forehand topspin.
You need to improve your backhand, you keep relying on your forehands.
try to develop different spins... I would recommend you practice an outside forehand spin (put a diagonal spin-right to left) from the outside of your racket, if done properly with minimal power it should bounce right in front of the net and just leap out...If the opponent gets to it, it will be to difficut for him to return it properly.
