@hustla30100 Its not a phone. It is a full Windows computer. Just very small. Also called UMPC: UltraMobilePersonalComputer. The screen would be around 5 inch and this one is running Vista. The UMPC is now mostly overtaken by the smartphone and tablet but I still like them.
