  • I wonder how many people called the school and bitched at them

  • 351 people are retarded teahers

  • i don't care all i heard was stupid teachers and he's cute :)

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • @WalkWithMeInHelll Because he's the least shitty out of all the choices?

  • Obama in this sucks

  • respect!!

  • Awake = Threat to them

    Keep-up the great work.

  • Could I Marry You? (:

  • Awesome you did the right thing dude.

Reminds me of me when I was that age I grew up in a small town in Canada with a bunch of uneducated moronic teachers. Now I run two businesses and travel to a new country every six months. good job for standing up for yourself

  • damn 14 and knows what been going on......

  • and i want to send all young people to SprayOClockNews's channel and the ONLY education you need is right there in the side bar, after that, you will be able to bitch-slap anybody on here about anything relevant, basically, everything the puppets on TV r tryin to hide, EVERYONE on TV is a puput, and i mean EVERYONE, and here is hidden in plain sight: Ron Paul snake logo: 3 coils =666, pyramid shaped, snake eye on top WE' NOT BLIND NoplanesNocalls911=com {link also @ Spray's channel

  • That might be the first amendment and all, but when you go to school you loose the right to freedom of speech, not entirely though. You cant cuss and its frowned upon to talk back.

    so yeah.

  • @LukasSaglam So fucking what. Kids do it ALL the time. I'm pretty sure you did too. You arent special and you didnt follow all rules so dont give people that bullcrap! America is feeding you this crap and your buying it. Just like it was frowned upon when blacks had to give up their seat, but you Rosa Parks made a change and stood up for what she believed in. Get the fuck out of here, so yeah.

  • if only the nation was like the quality of this video.

  • Keep standing firm for your rights kids!! WE/YOU ARE CHANGE

  • She said leave, so I left.

  • Kids an idiot for making a stupid point. He didnt get detention because he was bringing up the bill of rights in class, he got detention because he was talking in class and wouldnt shut up. Then he makes it about how he didnt get treated fairly and his civil liberties were taken away, violation of the first amendment. The cops should not have got involved, thats dumb, but the kid was disrupting others from learning and the teacher does not have proper authority to deal with the situation.

  • @1kburke2 your a fckn sheep! the kid knows EXACTLY what he's talkin about!!! you putz ;D

    U.N. Agenda (Luciferian Teachings)

watch that and get real! no offense, but that kid will/can run circles around you, you have much catching up to do!

  • the 347 people that dislike the video are the teacher's friend

  • @mrflorian97 That teacher probably doesn't have anywhere near that many friends.

  • young man I applaud what you did and you are 100 percent correct .... Im a well matured man and I have seen and read and know about the things you mentioned and you are my hero ... bravo bravo ..

  • good voice, good face, good story, order your ideas a little better and this video would have TWICE as many views. and id really like to see that NEXT video!

  • Kid you are a hero. We are going to stop these bastards!

  • Speak your mind, this is the best thing you could do, post avideo. Please dont ever give up or feel bad or uncomfortable, thanks for the video

  • Actually all your freedoms are revoked in school boundaries.

  • that is sad.

  • fuck the nwo

  • i think i love him but at the same time u shoulda kept ur moutch shut. i love u bro

  • See Im a MP (Military Police) and I really try not to be an ass..... Because cops like that are just fucking bitches who think there tough and all that shit.

  • Shut up

  • This kid gives me hope for our youth. Keep your eyes open and stay strong son!

  • @PhantomLyric

Nobody is too young dude. let everyone speak. If u don't, you are just as bad as any one of those fascist pigs.

  • Yes Free AMERICA!

  • police state in the usa

yeah anti flag is telling the truth

  • keep fighting kid SEEM FUCKING FIGHTING!! your the smartest kid in high school kid, fuck what they think, you know the truth, just be careful

  • sorry to break it to you, but you are under 18, you have zero rights.

  • @sumzub in all honesty your an idiot there are hundreds of laws that protect underage citizens in the US and he also still has his god given rights AKA the constitution lrn2lrn before posting crap like this...

  • I'm all or free speech, but seriously kid you're too young to be sticking it to the man. If a teacher says be quiet, when you're not, you're being disorderly. It's not your job to counsel the student who was assaulted. If he needs it, he'll be provided with it. You must forget the contract you sign with the school to obey those rules when within your first 2 days of school. It's called the Student Code of Conduct. It's good to know your rights, but you have to know theirs as well.

  • I am 63 years old. And I feel the exact same way. Don't question ... I always question... that was always the breaking point for me to... ha ha

    but I am serious...

    Great Video!

  • I am absolutely positive that you were not at fault in the least... I assume by the tone in this video that you are an entitlement punk who thinks the world owes you something. OK So they called the cops on you frickin wahhh! Wipe your snotty little nose and get over it.Did you learn anything from this? What was thrown at the other kid involved, was he/she bleeding? Should paramedics have been called? you were not treated unfairly (even from only hearing your side of the story) Get a clue pal...

  • @QUEST0313 Just a point of order...If absolutely positive about a topic, you do not assume.

  • we need to stand up and fight back im 14 and i was at school the other day and gave my girlfriend a hug and i was told to not hug agian or i would be writen up suspended and have to call my parents for giving a hug .. i was pissed and i said: so theres no freedom of expression she giggled and said no no no, so i said well things are going to change and walked into her classroom to do science propaganda

  • We need to fight the good fight!

  • well done man dont let it phase you this is a very immature society

  • WOOT! keep up the good fight!

  • your a smart kid! Stand up for your rights, we need people like you in the world

  • Nice job kid. Keep it up.

  • When I was in 6th grade my principal had the cops arrest me saying I punched her in the hand twice when all I did do was accidentally brush her hand when she pointed toward the end of the lunch line and I was told to go to the end of the line for trying to defend myself from another kid pushing me and cutting in front of me. So I understand where your coming from and I agree. I am now 40 you should go into politics to make changes to protect our rights.

  • well see you have the right to free speech, but you dont have any right to disrupt class, i am willing to say talking in class is theft i pay taxes for teachers to teach not play games with loser such as your self, and when there not teaching that is wasting tax payers money, i really dont care if two kids fight at lunch, but interupting class should not be allowed at all, in my kids classes somenoe stops the learing process every 5 mins, it needs to stop fire all the Democrats

  • why cant you just not talk when they tell you not to talk.....idiot

  • @TheBoeing737Pilot i agree that he should have been quiet in the office, but the helping an assaulted kid is totaly fine, teacher should not have got after him for helping that kid

  • for this kinda bullshit .

  • you just need to know how to get through the legal loop holes . I did that to my school and it pissed them off , im now in law enforcement and i will never take a kid to jail .

  • Dude...shut the fuck up..

  • Free speech is lost once a student enters a school building... Sorry bud

  • ur a dork go cry some place else

  • Public schools are shit, get over it.

  • great vid Keep it up and never give up your rights

  • Hey stupid you don't get those rights in the public school system.

  • @300Dylan have your rights any where you go ya dumb fuck....as for the boy these schools dont want you to have rights but they cannot stop itas long as you know your rights and the constitution you can bring the school system down i did it with dress code now my school has no dress code i agree with the boy........this is not what our founding fathers had in mind at all

  • a lady was arrested not too long ago for video taping police pull someone over... she wasn't doing anything criminal or getting in the way. when it comes down to it cops can do whatever they want.. so its obey or get locked up

  • wow thats crazy.. im glad u stood up for yourself and exposed whats coming. u were using freedom of speech. u werent cussing or really being that disrespectful, i see police getting more strict as the yrs go by.

  • I think you're right bud, but remember when you are in school it's like being at work. THEIR rules apply. f you don't like it, comp[lain to the headmaster respectfully in writing. When you are at work, if your boss tells you to stop chatting, you'll do it or face discipline. School is the same. I do admire your spirit for justice though. You have a noble heart.

  • @wesmatron thing is though, they do not have the right to tell us what to do, evene they may be older, they do not have the right to abuse our constitutional rights, and human rights.

  • @CODGOD2150 If you were at work and told the boss you thought he was a fat moron with an ugly wife, although you are exercises your right to free speech, you'll get fired. See what I mean?

  • @wesmatron yeah i do see what you mean.

  • @wesmatron yeah i do see what you mean

  • i wish i could ride my bike with no handle bars =(

  • You look like what I used to look like 4 or 5 months ago. Wow.

Yeah anyway. I'm 14 too. I'm in the UK though. If you were talking while you were supposed to be working, it's ok for them to give a detention. If you can't take that then you should man the fuck up. But to call the police on you??? What the fuck man? If they can't handle it themselves then that's bullshit! They shouldve been fined for wasting police time anyway! That's bullshit, kid!

  • It's stuff like that that made me decide to drop out. They try to tell you that you'll be a loser without a High School Diploma. They're full of shit.

  • @ReverendNillerz Enjoy your life now, because you won't when you are older and your boss is younger than you, better educated than you, living in a bigger house than you, with a prettier wife, healthier kids, newer car, wider tv, eating steak not burgers and goes to sleep without worrying whether he's getting sacked at the next downturn.

Get an education and then get a life. All you have done is prove that you can't take orders. The mark of a loser!

  • Comment removed

  • his own fault for beign 14

  • Smart kid :)

  • I was prepared to be sympathetic to this kid, but I am not. Adults dont always handle things properly, but it is their job to keep order in the school, and this guy's actions were nothing but an attempt to disrupt that effort. His actions require time/attention that should have been used elsewhere. If others had observed his actions and joined in, he could have been charged with inciting. I believe in standing up for your rights, but pick your battles. This wasnt it. Live life with dignity kid!

  • @davidrbecken

dude your a dick saying you woudnt help the kid? Oh yea your a fucking bitch and dont care about any body but yourself so please just shut the fuck up prick

  • @jcons211 You must be one of your generation's finest, huh? The smart alec remarks the kid was making didnt help the injured kid, and he wasnt even bitching about that. It was all about 'his' rights. I did not say I wouldnt help the kid, you just cant interpret what you read. I actually do care about others, even wankers like you and your friend there. I have raised 20+ foster kids, adopted two of them and have worked with handicapped people and in foster care for years. Grow up, I'll shut up!

  • @davidrbecken I shit bro you dissed his ass good.

  • So kids are this retarded nowadays? Did you know school is for learning? Yes its true! Its so you can get a job! You should be grateful that teachers waste their time teaching you. And did you know people work hard so you can go to school? That's why you should respect your teachers. I bet you didn't realize that!

You come with that bullshit about rights and crap and can't even respect your superiors. There's a different between oppression and respect. A huge difference. Know your place kid.

  • @untseac teachers aren't wasting their time, they chose to be there and are being paid to do so.

  • @WeirdoniaMusic So you like making smart ass comments. First off, genius, what I meant is that they're wasting their time teaching those who don't want to learn, like this punk. Also, they could be there and not give a damn about their students and still be paid. They could get another job and be paid more (teachers don't get paid well). But guess what? Many teachers do it because they like to teach and/or so the younger get a decent life. Ironic isn't it?

  • @untseac i appreciate you calling me genius i fancy that.

thanks for pointing out that teachers don't get paid well, i will finally have something to contribute during family discussions.

  • stick to it son

  • @akaKalvinD that's beacuse there to many different religions out! cant's force every to follow your believe's

  • Your at school you dumb little shit, If they tell you to shut up then shut the fuck up!

  • @thds699 Please learn the difference between "your" and "you're".

It appears that the boy was within his rights. He should have been left alone. Why should a 14-year old have not have freedom of speech?

I am sorry that you need to express yourself with the "f" and the "s" word.

  • @sthomaslewis . Sorry Mr.know it all! I'm 14 as well asshole! he was in school! if a teacher or an office clerk tells him to shut up, then he has to shut up! that kid needs a good ass kicking! then he own't grow up to be like you!!

  • @thds699 Why do you need to call me an asshole because I disagree with your point of view? I do not think that giving that kid a "good ass Kicking" is a way of solving any problems. In fact, anyone who would give that young man an "ass kicking" should be charged with assault and battery.

  • @thds699 Despite the fact that you are only 14 years old, I would still not give you an "ass kicking" for writing so offensively and disrespectfully to me.

Since you do not want the boy to grow up to be like me, then I would like to know why you find my defending a 14-year old boy so offensive. My writing a reply to you is the only indicator to you as to what I am like.

  • @thds699 If someone has the right to tell you to shut up, then you have the right to tell him to shut up. quit being a hypocrite and leave america. ty.

  • Im starting 10th grade tommorow i will follow in your footsteps! VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!!

  • i can't belive they called the police on u!

  • @Yankeesiheart . will if u act like a shit head, thats what happens now..

  • dude just stop bitching, if your gonna do something riot and kill police if you hate them so much, fuck it its america go fuck shit up

  • You are soo true there are vid i saw it was about the news and what they tell us and one was bout them saying shut up. for example if we can't help the army we should shut up... shocker right? I forgot what its called tho..

  • shut the hell up, you annoying 14 year old. The only right you are abusing is blabbering on about your freedom of speech.

  • What ever happened to freedom

  • have you showered recently?

  • @dannyab3 haha coldd ! but funnyyy...

  • it's ok man. We are basically (poetically) riding a wave in which our superiors created and we have no choice but to inform as many of our peers as possible and hope for the best. Entropy is the ultimate nature of things. You're doing well with that brain of yours!

  • Btw I called the school and they ignored me and hung up on my even after I blocked my number they ignored me. What if I had been law enforcement calling to warn of danger or a concerned parent worried that Jr. forgot his inhaler.

  • This little kid is like my hero he gives me home that our youth is not as tainted by mainstream education and entertainment god bless you young man!!!

  • So, was this kid actually arrested? The police should've fined the school district for unwarranted waste of tax dollars for calling them down.

  • i luled

  • hut the f**k up pussy

  • Hmmm....good candidate for a future powerful commercial law master

Youtube Dean Clifford lifting the veil.....

  • Seems it is a crime in usa to be smart, intelligent and being able to think and question things. Don't let them f-up your mind and keep being yourself. Good luck in life!

  • While the reaction by them was an over reaction, to be fair, I would assume that you talked to the staff with a fair amount of attitude, which is disrespect. Also, you have no idea the rights you give up going onto school property. The focus of the law is no longer about your rights, it is about a safe environment for the numerous other people.

  • LIKE YOUR VIDS! FUCK THE NWO! GREETINGS FROM GERMANY! HOLOCAUST IS A LIE!

  • Not to mention, if I was the officer, I would have charged this child with Resisting Arrest for failing to obey my order for him to come, as well as Disorderly Conduct for his behavior in the school.

  • @brandawg1998 I am not a law enforcement officer, but am knowledgeable on the subject.

  • Personally, I feel like this kid might have gotten part of what he deserves. Though I commend him on his knowledge, his negative and rebellious attitude may end up hurting him in the end. I think to make an accurate judgement on this case, we may need to have the side of the school staff and law enforcement officer. He swore at least once in the video, so he may have easily been doing it at school as well. In conclusion, this kid's retelling of this event may not be completely accurate.

  • @brandawg1998 He does not exhibit a negative attitude. You however do exhibit a condescending and patronizing attitude which has no place here.

  • @cyanideisabitterpill I'm guessing you've been arrested before? That wouldn't surprise me. This child has an attitude that he can disrespect adults just because he feels like it. He is at school, so he should follow school rules instead of getting in yelling matches with school employees. I find no reason to defend this child for his rude behavior. I feel that you exhibit a "condescending an patronizing attitude" as well. Have a nice day. =)

  • @cyanideisabitterpill In addition, from looking at your videos, you appear to have a rebellious attitude similar to the one displayed by this kid... perhaps that is your problem.

  • @brandawg1998 Perhaps not. bye now

  • Though he makes the actions of his teachers and law enforcement sound bad, you have to remember that he was being belligerent to them. It appears as though he has very little respect for people in a position of power over him. You must also consider that this video contains only his side. Also, In the officer's defense, he only had heard the school's side of the story and was acting accordingly. To the officer this child was misbehaved at school and was also failing to comply with his orders.

  • Were's the linkz?

  • The kid should have walked out of the school building without further interaction with anyone...Then the kids father send his goons to the school teachers house that was causing problem for closure to matter...

  • You get your ass kicked daily don't you?

  • Now that I think about it, that has happened to me. None of the other kids. Only me, the kid with the highest IQ in school. Awfully suspicious.

  • LOLOLO USA RETARDVILLE

  • Funny aside - why is it that the people who often have the most hostile complaints about school are also the most illiterate? Would never criticise anyone's spelling or grammar, but it is ironic.

  • FUCK THE GOVERNMENT FUCK SCHOOL I'M TIRED OF THIS NAZI BULLSHIT THIS IS REDICULIS THAT I HAVE TO BE ASHAMED OF MY OWN DAMN COUNTRY!!!! THIS JUST PISSES ME OFF SO BAD I HAD TO CHANGED MY JEANS IN SCHOOL CUZ THEY HAD A COUPLE HOLES IN THEM FUCK OUR COUNTRY THIS IS PRISON SLAVERY SHIT !!!

  • @Jesse72135 If you think being asked not wear skanky jeans to school is prison slavery, you're in for a big shock when you get to prison, as you inevitably will with that criminal overuse of caps lock. Just tell bubba about the bill of rights, or how unfair you're being treated, and see how impressed he is...

  • @matbroomfield They weren't skanky jeans there were jeans that were a little rugged and looked nice. Are you applying that I will go to prison? lol I aint going to prison, I'm already in prison. It's called school and I've been in it for 11 years already and I 2 more to go.School shouldn't feel like prison, it should be optional, not "You either go to school or we will throw your parents in jail and have full control over your rights". That's fucked up man this pisses me off. FuckThisCountry

  • @Jesse72135 Actually I'm with you there Jesse. I think education is about forcing people to conform, and in the US particularly, you guys are treated like infants until what? 21? You can die for your country but you can't drink? Schools are not safe; they don't provide an optimal environment for education, and they're run by people who sometimes should not be let near kids. I think it's ridiculous that the world wants to treat you like babies for almost a quarter of your lives. Take up politics.

  • LOL AND A 16 YEAR LD CAN DRIVE YOU ACROSS THE COUNTRY BUT U CANT HAVE SEX WITHT HEM.

  • @cymrutroll That's indicative of the Christian moralistic desire to treat young adults as children for as long as possible. I don't know if it's so that youths can be protected or controlled, or a little of both. I guess a line has to be drawn somewhere. I would have suggested that the start of puberty was more logical, not the end, but still.

Of course, driving a car is in no way a sign of adulthood or maturity - you can teach a monkey to do it... Oo oo oo

  • @matbroomfield Exactly. They're educating us, sure, but that "education" is permeated with the toxins of their lovely ideals. They teach stuff, sure, but mixed in with that is brainwashing. You're subtly taught to be this way, think this way, etc... It's about conformity, too, of course. It's learning... plus brainwashing. For example, many children must learn things that will be useless to their future professions. Don't want to learn it? Too bad, what they want doesn't matter. Just an example.

  • @phr4nk3rd00d13 You make a good point, although I think your concluding example is weak. Inevitably, without knowing in advance your future profession, there will be parts of the curriculum that will be unneeded in your future life. But even those things are not without merit because they expose you to broader ideas than simply what personally interests you. You're right, education is thoroughly loaded with moral and value judgements, many of which I deeply disagree with... continued

  • @phr4nk3rd00d13 But these morals are certainly far less damaging than the disgusting rubbish that parents and friends pollute your minds with every day. Attitudes about religion, towards other races, towards gays, towards women. I think that the christianity with its bullshit morality is the greatest threat this planet has even known, yet parents are positively encouraged to pass on the intolerant "morality" that that religion contains. Cultural values will be passed on no matter where u learn

  • @matbroomfield I mostly agree with you on that. Brainwashing is everywhere! School is also definitely a major contributor. Friends, parents, et al., too, of course, yes. Religion is a tool that can be manipulated.. SO badly.. by Big Brother... It can be one of the worst "brainwashers." However, Christian material can be interpreted very differently than how it usually is in the mainstream nowadays... For example I like what the Religious Tolerance page has to say about the Bible and gays..

  • @matbroomfield Ah, I missed the first part of your message! Anyways, I don't know if I'd call my example weak, per se; I could have supported it with other examples... but I wanted to emphasise "freedom," "liberty," and thus, "choice." I don't exactly know if I agree that education should be compulsory. Even in the present system of compulsory education, I already don't agree with how American minors are forced to learn things against their will... Message: what you want doesn't matter in life.

  • @phr4nk3rd00d13 Would you give a five year old a choice about what to eat, when to sleep or what to wear? Of course not, ecause they lack the experienvce and wisdom to make an inteklligent choice. The same is true about kids and education. You don't know how important it is until you use it or miss it later in life. The big question is at what age should it cease to be compulsory? Personally, I feel that employers place too much burden on schools to train people, when that should be their job.

  • @matbroomfield I agree with you there. Of course a five year old shouldn't be given such choices. I'm not saying that education should be completely optional... but there should be more free will to the matter than there is now. To what extent, I don't know. All I believe, as of yet, is that there should be more choice involved..

  • @phr4nk3rd00d13 In the UK, at the age of 13/14 kids get to choose their options - the subjects that they will study in addition to the core syllabus. They also get to decide at 16 whether or not they will proceed to further ediucation until 18, and from there to college until 20, and from there to University till 23. I believe plenty of choice is given at an age when it is appropriate. In the US, school is compulsory until what 18? That certainly seems ridiculous to me.

  • @matbroomfield In the U.S. you can drop out by sophmore year but 9th grade is "required". I honestly want to go to school and be educated but i wont accept lies thrown at me by so called "mature" adults that somehow "deserve" my respect just because their older. Rapists, murderers, assholes, etc are older....i sure as fuck dont respect them

  • @64notorious No, that's fair enough, but I'm sure you can appreciate that there's reason for the stereotype about know-it-all teenagers. Because many of them greatly over-estimate their knowledge, and are very aggrssive about assertiing their incorrect information. I think it must me be very tough as a teacher because the students love to catch you out and prove you wrong, and the last thing you need is the whole class undermining your credibility. They're only human.

  • @Jesse72135 Incidentally, have you ever thought why your school might have a dress code? You go in with your nice rugged jeans, then someone else goes in with more rugged nice jeans, and before you know it, kids are turning up in their underpants! :-) Seriously though, dress code can't be administered on a student by student basis can it - teachers are there to teach, not be fashion police. Imagine if all the girls turned up in super sexy clothes? No boys would get any learning done! Seriously.

  • You weren't punished for talking about the bill of rights, you were punished for being a smart ass. Imagine if all the kids in your class started lecturiing the teacher about the bill of rights in the middle of a lesson like you did? Chaos, everyone's education suffering. And BTW, whilst you were delivering your lecture, where was YOUR thought for the kid who'd been assaulted? Hypocrite! It wasn't censorship, it was justifiable "STFU kid - ship". You deserved everything.

  • @matbroomfield Fuck you asshole he had the right to talk but a teacher told him to shut up and that's when he started talking about the bill of rights. He never would of mentioned them if the teacher didn't treat him like a dog and send him to the office. This is an outrage go take your nazi dictator bullshit back to 19th century Korea and leave this kid alone. I can't stand idiots like you who think just because he is a kid and is in school he should be treated like a slave..

  • @Jesse72135 If you can wipe the spit from your mouth a moment and approach it rationally, no-one is suggesting that he should be treated like a slave, but let him take that "first amendment" nonsense into the workplace and see how far it gets him. You are only getting his side of the story here, and even from that it is clear that he is militant and a big mouth - just like you. You both have chips on your shoulder that will only make your lives miserable. Get over it.

  • @matbroomfield Ok, I understand what you are saying but school is not optional, unlike a job. You are not forced to work at mcdonalds for 18 years of your life but you are forced to write pointless nonsense that you will never remember or use in school for 18 years. See, you have the freedom to do whatever you want and when you work, you get paid for it unlike this kid who works 7 hours a day, 5 days a week for no pay and gets treated like crap. What makes you think he is lying btw?

  • @Jesse72135 Respectfully Jesse, you're still too lacking in life experience to know what at school is pointless and what is not. They're trying to provide a rounded education because no-one knows at your age what career they will do for the rest of their life and what skills they'll need to do it. I could never see the point in algebra but I wished I paid more attention the mopre I got into computers. I hated French then spend all my time snowboarding there. You just don't know...

  • There's a time and place to exercise freedom of speech. If I walk into a library and start talking loudly, people have a right to be pissed. It's not the right to say what I want WHEN I want, WHERE I want. The last the the world needs is a bunch of smart ass kids who know all about their IMAGINED rights, but nothing about their actual OBLIGATIONS. I applaud your interest in politics, but not your actions.

  • man fuck the government

  • man i wish i could do what u did but i am just 2 shy to do it but im with u

  • BRO YOU SHOULD TOTALLY RUN FOR PRESIDENT WHEN YOU GROW UP OR A JUDGE OR SOMETHING

  • Bro that must freken suck if it's true but I got susbended for 10 days for almost that same thing. I was not allowing a teacher to search my backpack.

  • Martin Luther king went to jail 16 times standing up for what he thought was unjust you seem to be on whatever he was...and whatever that is it is good.

  • The Dream is still alive and well...you are proof!

  • shut up

  • this vid is 4 yrs old! sorry! i just found it and im SOOOO proud of you !! stand up for your rights!!! you mom and/or dad sould be so proud! when i have kids they are being homeschooled AND I pray my kids are as strong as you kid!! thanks for the INSOIRATION! im 37 yr old and you give me inspiration!!

  • Persons under 18 do not have unlimited free speech. students must submit to the authority of teachers. a similar situation exists in the workplace. the bosses can command the employees, and terminat one for behavior or speech that is not part of the job function. In court, one cant speak out of turn, nor insult or threaten the judge, and so on. free speech is about non-sanction for speaking in public spaces or media that are not under the authority of some boss. free speech is not chaos.

  • America, the free country? no. At my school my teacher gave me a week of after school detention for saying "bless you" when someone sneezed. My teacher said stop talking, because we were all studying silently. i said "sorry" and she said "WHAT DID I SAY" so things went from there and i got a week of after school detention for disrespect and refusing to do what the teacher said. fuck this, im moving to russia.
