  • haters be hating, sure he did struggle a bit, but then again he did indeed have 410 lbs on his back, plus he actually went bellow parellel, and even if his ascend was a bit rusty, he still managed to get back up without breaking form and without a spotter.

  • When you are squatting inside a power cage with safety pins, you don't need a spotter because you can just drop the bar onto the pins if you can't complete the rep. The only reason to have a spotter when squatting is if you are not inside a power cage w/ pins.

  • that wasnt a deep squat, that was a parralel squat. This guy doesnt know the difference between deep and parallel. Deep = ass-to-grass squats.

  • Pretty good Lift but your but came up a little at one point plus yes the Belt and Wraps do give help and yes with out the supports you wouldn't lift that weight and in time your knees and intrabdominal muscles will not be as strong as they should be.

    P.S. I'm only saying this because I can Full Olympic Squat 300 with Perfect form and no Equipment and when I have used Equipment to see what its like I can Lift Loads more.Equipment isn't good.Its just a Cheat.

  • dont listen to kinghenrypolis about taking off the knee wraps. If it is a max effort lift, or close to it.. wear them! The belt can stay or go, but the wraps are a must. Knees are not a weak link, and once they get fu ck ed once, might be fucked forever.. wear em!! P.S AWESOME LIFT.

  • Awesome strength-good form. I noticed the knee wraps and of course the belt which I think are cheating a little. I wonder what some powerlifters can really lift without all the wraps and suits they wear. Try some without the wraps so you can work the weak links, they are important. Deep squats are the best!
