When you are squatting inside a power cage with safety pins, you don't need a spotter because you can just drop the bar onto the pins if you can't complete the rep. The only reason to have a spotter when squatting is if you are not inside a power cage w/ pins.

Pretty good Lift but your but came up a little at one point plus yes the Belt and Wraps do give help and yes with out the supports you wouldn't lift that weight and in time your knees and intrabdominal muscles will not be as strong as they should be.
P.S. I'm only saying this because I can Full Olympic Squat 300 with Perfect form and no Equipment and when I have used Equipment to see what its like I can Lift Loads more.Equipment isn't good.Its just a Cheat.

I wonder what some powerlifters can really lift without all the wraps and suits they wear. Try some without the wraps so you can work the weak links, they are important. Deep squats are the best!
