Just got back from the cruise and this excursion.We had the encounter. Honestly its not worth the time / money. The transportation took about 45 minute each way, and then they make you feel rushed when you are there. the excursion itself took about 1 hour, the waiting for people to get on the boat, and back overall took about 5 hours. You only touch and interact with the dolphin for like 2 minutes. Cost for 2 people, 260 bucks, cost for time spending and seeing other things, priceless.
@littlecutie12345678 Why ISN'T there a little kid experiencing this incredible encounter? Dolphins are safe, and the owners tell me that they watch everything with extreme care. Notice that the trainer follows the dolphin at all times.
just got back from blue lagoon island at Bahamas...what an amazing experience!!! Dolphins are sooooooooo cute! Wish I'd go there and hug/kiss them again!
I just went to blue lagoon in the Bahamas for my honeymoon this past week. My wife and I did the full dolphin swim at dolphin encounters on Saturday. We were the first people there in the morning. You get more time and there were only two other couples so we really got one on one time with several dolphins. Miss Merlin was one of them and Princess was another. We also got to see the 6 month old baby dolphin. This is a must do for anyone who loves dolphins. The best thing we did on our trip.
i live in nassau, bahamas and i am going there for three days as my job day choice. it is alwys fun to go there but i cant wait to work there. see me, the working student magninfisance! at dolphin encounters on june 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2008!

I love Dolphin Encouter! I had went there about two weeks ago on a cruise! The Dolphin that played with was Miss Merlin!
