The Twilight Sad - And She Would Darken The Memory (ABC1)

When I read about FR's special two-piece set in the program I thought it was going to be two acoustics. How surprised I was to find the brothers Hutchison belting out a full on folk-rock rumpus! The Twilight Sad's set was the best I've ever seen them. I think this size of venue suits them best. I saw them at Nice n Sleazy and a lot of the huge sound was lost in such a confined space. The atmosphere here was just so dense, it was unbelievable.

I travelled all the way from Lithuania to this Stag and Dagger and God it was great... only wish they stick to their sound and dont turn snowpatrolian

Amazing gig. I think I must have been about 2 or 3 folk to the left of you. You see any of the other bands that night?

I just stayed at the ABC all night but FR's special set and Twilight Sad were worth my money alone. Wasn't really blown away by Cold War Kids. Headed to 13th Note for TS DJ set after.
