From a French TV show called Rock En Stock, '73. He also did an intense version of In The End on piano for this broadcast. Great!!! Other performers on this episode were Long Dancer (w/Dave Stewart of Eurythmics looking all hippied out) and The Doobie Brothers. VdGG were on French TV in '72 (circulating amongst collectors) and March '71 (we can only hope that one will circulate some day!)
Excellent discovery - the great man on top form. Credits come in just before the end - why do tv guys think their names are more important than their subject? Why not allow the climax of the song? Beats me. Thanks for posting.
I never saw this. I'm speechless
