Hate to burst your bubble man but myself and my friend did that last year with 8 tv's off a 200ft cliff in Ballyadams,co.laois...Still a good video all the same though
This is probably one of the worst songs ever found on YouTube, the only good thing is that this song doesn't have people that insist on rubbing it in your face like 009 Sound System and Alexander Perls, probably the most overused music on YouTube.
Correction: not a "faggy" throw but a girl throw. I was doing the camera work or I would have done a better job! And this is Ireland, so yes there is quite a lot of wind...
You should do that to an LCD TV or a plasma TV, because both are inferiour. If you have broken CRT TVs, the correct way to dispose of them is by sending them to me, so I can fix it or strip it for parts. CRTs are still good TVs, and should be watched, and LCDs and plasmas thrown off of a cliff.
i have a 19 inch CRT TV thats a piece or crap the remote sensor eye no longer works im getting a new one some day then ill take this one apart for the parts lol
Hey no sens letting those goodies go to waste thats why i take apart dead electronics stuff, for the parts but that is the last thing i do first i try to fix if i cant fix it i rig it or hack it and if i cant then i gut it for the parts, and my TV isnt dead just the remote sensor doesnt work and i have to get up to change the channel like the old days, and a universal remote doesnt work
(continued from my last comment) and on some channels it buzzes and the picture is distorted when that happens and sometimes when changing channels it glitches and it goes to this programming screen but you can still see the picture but its darker and sometimes the VCR (its a combo unit) makes this grinding sound when theres a tape in it
I see. I do the same thing, somethines with functional things (I stripped a '90s model NES to fix my '80s model NES, and I stripped a 4-switch Atari 2600's switches to fix my 1978 6-switch Atari 2600, which had bad switches). Some things I won't strip down for any reason, like my 1968 Zenith, which I just love because it is retro.
Yes, but the 1990s model NES and the 1980s model NES are practically the same (only the casing really differs), and all Atari 2600s (except for Juniour models) all use the same type of switches.
Actually, the original version was made in the '90s as well until 1993. I have the original '80s one (complete with both RF and AV stock), and a case to a '90s one. I hate the 1993 one, because it is just crappy, especially since mine works like brand new and plays on the first try.
i think i got mine in the 90s b/c i remember it has the A/V ports on the side and the RF out jack, and I remember hotwiring my gameboy amp to the Audio out on the NES and it sounded alot better on the amp than on the tv but there was no volume control then i hooked it to my stereo it was a cube style one someone gave me but i had no speakers so i rigged one in from a boombox
That is the '80s model (1985-1992). The '90s model lacked AV. The original NES is the only on that has both AV and RF stock (Famicom and '90s NES were RF only and AV Famicom was AV only).
one time my frind had this old commodore computer monitor with sound and he has his NES hooked to it it was cool it had standard line in audio and video like a TV with A/V inputs just the monitor didnt have a tuner

Good idea. Disassembling a dead CRT TV for parts is a good idea, and I honour you for it.

lol using the guts of the new to fix the old, thats kinda like me trying to fix my 1957 vintage tube amp with today's parts
