I really hope you guys do a real "how to" install video and without music and stills. It would have helped me greatly when installing mine if I had something to go off of that showed how to apply the film from start to finish in a video format with commentary.
I ordered the crystal clear product for my Wacom Cintiq a few days ago. The cutout for was a tiny bit over by about 2cm on the height, but nothing a few minutes with scissors couldn't fix. As for the fitting, it sits beautifully on the monitor, no bubbles whatsoever, and was much easier than applying laptop skins. Pen-on-film wise, it feels glassy and smooth, which is exactly what I wanted. Great product.
Why does that monitor need protecting? It looks like it's already got some kind of hard protection on it. The lcd monitor I have is totally bare and I thought they made heavier duty protection for LCDs.
You probably don't need it, if you don't see the value. 1. if you work in an environment with windows or lights that reflect off a glossy screen, you will know that you need it. 2. if you have a touchscreen, it's nice to know that you can cover it and replace it if it gets scratched. 3. Don was very helpful on the phone helping me measure my screen for a custom cut. No extra charge.
When I posted the comment (7 months ago) i meant, the monitor in this video has a hard protection built on. The LCD i have (a dell 22 inch) is the standard LCD, ie someone touches it and it gets all distorted etc... I wasn't slamming the product in this video :(. I was just asking why an already hard protected monitor would need another protector. Why did I get a -1 from my comment anyway :(.

Love the product, but as said earlier, it would be much better without the music. Maybe in the next video, someone could be speaking the captions. =)

Helpful video, but the music ... we'll ... you'd be better off with no music.

Of course you could forgo glare reflection correction in which case the Aluminum iMac makes for a great morning dressing mirror.;-)
(Apparently Jobs is sometimes high when making critical manufacturing decisions..)
Thanks guys; hopefully this is the solution.
