He's playing a combination of jazz and blues. The be bop feel that you're talking about is coming from his shuffles.

I don't get what you're saying. The be bop feel comes from the shuffles that he's playing. Shuffles tend to sound like modern be bop if played at a high tempo.

Why do people always take stuff out of context? It is a lesson! Its putting together, singles doubles triples and nearlt ten other techniques on his previous videos. Sheesh, you cant teach some people anything! Great video as PART of a whole series.
