@mtWHITE100 No, you're absolutely correct. In the pilot episode, Michael was portrayed as more of stern boss and his hair loss problem didn't help that image either. It's not uncommon for producers to shift the show based on how the pilot was received. Soon after the pilot, it's apparent that Steve Carrell got hair plugs. The Office season 1-3 was good, but from there it jumped the shark and added a rom-com side to it...it's utter garbage today.
