  • You don't have to burn more calories than you eat. You have to burn more calories that your BMR to lose weight. My BMR is 1800 calories so I can eat 1800 and burn only 100 yet I still lose weight.

    You can google 'how to calculate my BMR' to find out what your BMR is.

  • @LosingWeightWithJen Ok Thank u so much. It was discouraging me cuz im like i cant burn more calories than i eat. I just looked it up and my BMR is 1571 :)
