The police can't discriminate- these were trespassers onto volitale grounds, and have to be treated like any teenagers or middle easterners that would walk onto the grounds. It would be far more disgusting if they arrested one person for a crime that is exactly the same as the crime another, more "normal" person carried out.

Analogy invalid. American nuclear plant private property is NOT a good choice for a location of your 1st amend. rights. No one is taking them away. The only law breaking here was by the lovely old ladies. The people behind this sideshow wanted them to be arrested and wanted simpletons to be horrified at the brutal enforcement of law.
