i'm going to see him feb. 12th 2009 in Nashville. a surprise from my folks! no reason at all just cuz they're awesome! lol i figure (unfortunately) this could possibly be my last chance since he's not getting any younger. i love him to death but i gotta be honest! he'll be my 2nd concert. my 1st was John Mayer back in 06 so now i'll have seen my 2 favorite blues artists ever (except SRV but thats cuz i'm only 19 lol)

I saw BB King-concert in Berlin in 2006. It was awesome!!! First I thought, ockay he is 80 years old, I should not expect too much, but this guy has still big, big power on the scene and great connection to the audience. I was speechless. Great Entartainer!!!!!

I was born in Chicago, and I know what you mean 'bout them blues clubs. How true, how true! I used to have to sneak in lol. My cousin and I would use the same ID. Memories, sweet memories. BB is very inspiring!

One of the best concerts I've ever seen at the Hollywood Bowl...the man just resonates genius and talent...it's hard to believe it took me so longr to finally see him live but I thank god I got a chance to see and hear him.

Under the stars and searchlights

Open-air concert at the Hollywood Bowl

Nestled in the lovely hills soon filled with soul

The weather sweet, the sound sublime

After a rousing fanfare, BB came out in triumph

From way back where I was, he was only half an inch high!

He'll be 82 years old next week, he's still going strong
