Nice town!

A lot of your grass is worn out. Is that why you have those paths? If you want it to regrow faster, then you need to plant a bunch of trees and flowers all over the bare areas. It was proven that the grass under the flowers and around the trees will regrow faster. My town started to get really bare and I hated it so much that I deleted my town and started over! Now I am VERY careful.
