I looked at Track 99 on my pc, but I have also noticed that some tracks 17 to 98 are named "the fight song", "the beautiful people",... but for example the fight song, is a track that came out in the 2000 album Holywood. Does this mean that manson already knew he was going to make that song 4 years in advance or were the names just added on recent print of the Anti-Christ superstar album?

this song is supposed to be a transmission, presumably from god although the 'sender' is distorted by static ('this is *crackle*...). the very first part of the song appears to say 'messiah' possibly 'this is a message from your messiah'. it is supposed to be god telling the people that 'something' has grown in [his] chest' - either hate or disaffection - like a cancer ('i have seen it and its hard and cold' 'i tried to save you but this is what you deserve')

Gotta say, that's a pretty stupid observation. Of course they do! This entire album (in the Tryptich storyline) is about trying to get past disgust and overcome the wounds that the world causes to a genuinely special man. Manson abandons the attempt save us from a society obsessed with make-believe religion over tried and tested science, a society that kills special and rewards average and instead taunts and fights back in the best way he can: mocking their most beloved Christ figure.
