(1) You'll need to be in front of a computer with a WiFi facility (PC OR MAC), do NOT insert your Eye-Fi card yet. Switch on your iPhone and MyWi and then from your computer connect to the MyWi access point. If OK, that proves MyWi is working OK.
(2) Insert your Eye-Fi card into your computer and add the MyWi network, once successful check settings for where you want your pics delivered to, then remove the Eye-Fi card and insert it into your favourite camera.

I've been very pleased with mine and it was really cheap. Video from it leaves a lot to be desired unless there is bags of light.
