It's the "New" Ritz in Warren between 9 & 10 Mile. It used to be New York New York. Obviously it's not the original on off of Gratiot.

It was at the the Ritz but your right the old Ritz isnt there anymore and the new Ritz is where the old New York New York is at 9 and Hoover
