um I have 6 Rottweilers none of them are like this.... Even though they have been highly trained... they have a good Alpha like me and I never EVER reward excitement because its not excited so much as instability in mind. Ignore em then pet them when they ARE calm state of mind
agreed - the dogs are only being rewarded for their over-excited behaviour - which is only a step away from aggression - the owner cant control them without holding the collar - its not the breed who should be banned - just people like this .....
Yikes. These dogs will be "Cute" until they are about 2 years old, when they are dangerous, shunned, and ultimately placed in an animal shelter for adoption or euthanasion.
