@timazago go out to any supercenter such as walmart, go to the toys section, look for little finger skateboards called Tech Decks, they come with a small screwdriver tool to modify the toy, i've learned that it fits the screws of a psp perfectly

do you know what the problem w/my PSP analog stick is? While playing game, when I move up using the analog stick, there's no response, but if I were to open up the menu screen, going up is possible. Also, I am able to move in all directions while on the internet browser of my PSP. Moving up is only possible when I'm not playing my games, so what is the problem? Will buying a replacement analog stick fix the problem?

There are four screws under the battery. Only remove the two on the left. The other two will release the screen (and we don't wanna damage that now do we :P)

What happened to me was that the small part the you put the cap on fell out, i havent opened it yet cuz i still have the warranty and i dont know if i should, but whenever i put the small peice in the hole of that disk that alows the stick to move around, it just falls out

If you have opened up your PSP before then you may have put in the screws back on to tight. So you should try to losen them up again.
