In the worst cases, child killers were let go to rape and kill again in the 90s until some laws were passed despite the left's anti Law and Order stances. Celibacy does not make one a pedophile. If that so, nerdy college kids would be something to fear. Also, why are the overwhelming majority of victims of catholic priests in America and Europe are boys. Insiders documented the gay "Lavender Mafia" that promoted the gay subculture in the church. The Catholic church on its face stands for conservative values while its institutions, especially its academic branches are full of radical gays and lesbians.

Rather, pedophiles are attracted to jobs that makes it easier for them to offend. Being a priest, a pedophile is given great power and access, and protected by the immense resources of the church that guilts victims or their foolish religious parents into silence or pays them off. Moving the offender to a new parish to hurt children over and over. They even have plush treatment facility that puts club med to shame where the pedophilia could have a short vacation CONT.

However, the patronage of their network in the church enables them to offend nearly till they die, harming a great number of victims.
