Because he committed to USC early and his parents wanted him to focus on his academics etc. so he stopped travelling all over to play AAU ball. To be honest, I applaud their choice. Those ratings don't matter for shit if a coach believes in you and you are committed to a school. Dwayne is obviously talented, so who gives a damn.
