  • Brushless owns

  • thank god for the sound of nitro! who cares about speed of electric, i need sound. who wants to go watch an electric f1 race?

  • thank god for n

  • brushless to de world

  • got a sidewinder at 8000 kv, now beat that

  • yea i have a TT-01 with a novak brushless 3.5 sensored and it bent my rear end

  • A tt-01isn't built to handle that fast motors ;-)

  • TT-01s are for silver can motors

  • Electric is the future!!!

  • I prefer electric, then nitro. keep paying for gas. nice video, GREAT DRIVING. I have rustler w/ novak 4.5w/gtb esc with max amps 2s lipo 8000mah. And a ta05 10th on road with novak 7.5 w/ gtb esc and 5000mah nimh batt. love the novak set ups, running over 50000 rpms on both units.

  • OK thanks, great vid man ! Nitro will desapears in future !

  • Hi, i have same motor/ESC, but ESC isn't for Lipo use normally (only 4 to 6 cells NIMH). 2S lipo is same voltage, it's not a problem but did you have a system to cut motor before Lipo battery is empty ? (normally cut off is inside ESC for Lipo use) If no you can damage Lipo battery if it goes under 3Volts per cell... or another solution ?

    If yes, which system ?

How many hours you can play with this really big Lipo ? 2 Hours ?

Thanks a lot from a french user !

  • 8000 lithium batteries normally performs about 15 to 30 minutes depending on driving conditions, in adition, with rain, I have been driving more than an hour, with the same battery (8000 pack).

New GTB has cut off voltaje for lithium packs, however, esc like tekin R1, Speed passion GT, mamba max, and others that I still don't know are better for lipo batteries, they have regulable cut off voltaje, 3 volts/cell are not enought in touring cars, you'll overdischarge the baterries

  • I choose 3.3 volts/cell... Because lipo packs damage easyely in touring cars. be careful with novak cut off. And BE MORE CAREFUL with LRP ESC, it has the worse cut off.

  • Kool! Which one is the brushless? I can't tell because all I hear is "EEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEE" damn nitros...

  • the white car

  • uber uber uber uber uber uber

    pwnage

  • Geez that thing is fast... My brushless is old and I still feel like its way too much power.. Its an old 4.0t... I dont see how you control that

  • Joer como vais!

  • It sounds strange but fastest system i've ever test is castle creations mamba max + 5700 +11.1v li-po battery. Then we have 14.8v tests the best one was with novak 3.5 at 14.8v but the rotor lost in 5 min its magnetic power.

Other good system is Speed passion + 5.5 or 6.5 SP motor at 11v, but mamba, with less punch is still fastest.

  • Electric rules!!

Man that 3.5 is one heck of a motor.

It's just too bad its too fast to run at most tracks. The Fastest Novak motor I have is a 6.5 lite and it pushes my B44 past 40+MPH.

  • only pussies drive electric cars

  • like a turd you wank.

enjoy your dumbass clutch and non-linear powerband with your heavy ass nitro cars, and only PUSSIES need foams on asphalt to make it around the track.

  • well then when you race you gas car against an electric car you an say that a pussy beat you

  • only idiots dont see the benefits, HV + LOW kV = efficient.

  • Sure electrics are better...if you have a car that meets or exceeds a nitro. How much will 5...name brand lipos plus a motor and speed controll thats anything worth bothering with cost you? On top of the cost of your car and a spectrum radio...your well over 1 grand. Dont know about u but Im not that big of a nerd to spent 1,000 on one single car. U can expect to pay atleast DOUBLE for a good electric setup. I do enjoy driving my electric though.

  • That's uber pwnage.

  • Nitro is very easy to run. Don't bash it because it's too "complicated" for you to run...lol. Goes to show it takes good drivers skill to run. The nitro car caught up to the BL one after a few laps and passed him. The brushless will run on terms of run time and maintenance. You may not need to service the electrical parts, but to make sure the car is clean, bearings lubed, etc still is classified as maintenance.

  • I didn't think the nitro car would even be that fast compared to an electric. Great vid though

  • wao your car is very fast...

    where r u from???

  • Spain Valencia

  • Those things are loud and annoying witch one is the 3.5?

  • white car

  • (tres w punto)megaupload(punto com)/?d=1EPV9IL3
