i'm from columbus. i've lived in the north, south, and east sides from north lumpkin to saint mary's, north highland and the good side too. columbus is very much a small town with ft benning to thank for what it DOES have and maybe aflac or dolly madison lol all cities have he normal shit but columbus is not hard. people may want to be hard in columbus but there isn't a reason for it other then boredom. i come from the same "hood" and it's only hood cuz people want it to be. nothing special.

I know Columbus isn't a bad city, and i hate that this video was posted, it really gives Columbus a very bad name. However Columbus is the second largest city in Ga. It's still quite small when compared with any major city, and so i always find it funny when people from a place like Columbus talks tough and tries to talk it up like it's some city like New York, Paris, Atlanta, London, Tokyo, etc. Columbus isn't like these cities and never will be, that's what i mean by Columbus being small!

Actually it makes Columbus 3rd in the state, after Augusta. Columbus has the feel of a much smaller city. Macon has a smaller population than Columbus, yet has a downtown skyline, and multiple busy interstates. Same for Augusta and Savannah. Columbus is a sleepy town that isnt even connected to a real interstate, just a spur off from I-85. It's a city that looks and feels smaller than cities that have a smaller population than it.
