I don't know how it is to you who speak english all the time, but for me its very annoying when the reader says all the time "HE then does something, HE then does this, HE then does that, isn't there any other way the say this?
@roossi That's because the narrate from the viewpoint of the worker but since it's the narrator who speaks he says "HE" all the time. Quite normal really since the narrator isn't the one makes the item.
