  • Hi I can see one screw but the other one seems to have a blue sticker or something on it, should I just screw it still or is there something I need to do?

  • @mrshakiller

Hi, the blue dot is your warranty sticker, it allows BB to know someone other than them have opened your phone, just push your torx screw driver though it, i hope this helps,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

  • thank you soo much for a great video this help me a lot

got a question how about if you break the thing in 4:00 can u glue it?

    thanks again

  • @axavisoccer Hi, your welcome and thanks for your comment, now i would say no to glue as it never does good things to mother boards, i would say take it to a repair center because im not sure without the trackpad cable being clipped down it may not work, i hope this helps because i may have miss understood you,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

  • Heey can you fix mine for me please? im useless at this stuff?

  • @CleoAKAChloe123

Hi, I would love to but i live in china, and only make these tutorials for sw-box, as a marketing strategic, sorry, if you take it to a repair center it should not cost a lot as it only takes 10mins,

    i hope this helps,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

  • @TheLizzifer

Hi, as far as i can see, this is the only way to change it, sorry,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

  • i dont want to do that to my bb so what should i do and what will it cost ?

  • @SamHughesBRITNEY

hi, if im honest i have know idea how much it would cost, best to just take it to more than one repair center and see who will do it for the best price, i hope this helps,

  • I removed the hard cover but when I try to put it back on it doesn't fit on the top part where the speaker is =( Any help?

  • @efrrren

Hi, when ever you fit new housing you must start up at the top first, clip it over the top then pull it down, that should then be in the right place to clip the rest of the housing into place, i hope this helps,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

  • @SWwebmaster Thank you! It did work like this, but now I got another issue... The glue from the plastic screen wore off and now it opens up on the bottom where the options and return/answer hang up buttons are, do you know what kind of glue I could get to fix it? Thans.

  • @efrrren

Hi i have two suggestions, first you could try to find a good double sided tape, that should seal it, other wise maybe just buy a new screen there not expensive and will make your phone look like new, but as for a good glue I really don't know the name of the adhesive they use and i would strongly advise you not to use supper glue, anyway i hope this helps,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

  • Could you put me in your video cos i dont have alot of suscribers

  • hey man greetings from mexico, due to your acknoledges on this phone do you think that blackberry can detect that i got my phone wet with an alcoholic beverage? this incident happened on september 15 and now im planing on sending it but im afraid they´ll just say no and i have to pay for anything the´ll do to it. my trackpad is acting wild and it wont let me click or scroll but everything works great

  • @santana77780

Hi, unfortunately yes they will see the spillage, but i strongly advise you to follow my video and try to fix it yourself, if you can't then send it to them, at least you have tried first, if you just send it to them they will charge you, if you try your self and fail, then you have lost nothing, and it is quite easy really, just take your time, no need to rush, i hope this helps, and if you need anything else just ask,

    kind regards,

    Neill.
