i don't take the biblical narrative as literal or historically accurate, but yes, in biblical terms, Ham corresponds to Africans/Blacks, Shem is Israelites, Arabs, etc...and Japeth is Europeans and Whites...Ham were Egyptians and Cushites( Nubians) who were dark skinned Africans...
