when anna says to david "i love you, i love you with everything thing that i am". i doubt if love can get any deeper than that. the sincerity of her acting by saying that one line(TO ME) was emmy worthy for FH.
They both deserved the Emmy for this performance. I loved them together. This scene is what made me go from hating David Hayward to really appreciating his character. VI is a great actor. Finola is wonderful.
My beautiful Vincent kicks it out of the park again! I remember watching this scene & thinking he & FH were heartbreaking brilliant...so deserved were the Emmys they were denied. I wanted to vault through the screen & give him a hug...he looked like he would break in half from pain. Loved VI with FH...he can make anyone look stunning. Judi Evans, Signy Coleman, Finola Hughes...all very lucky ladies indeed.

From Judi Evans to Jane Rogers to Signy Coleman to Sandra Bullock to Finola Hughes, Vincent always accentuates his performance with whomever he is paired. Again, I envy all his leading ladies...they are quite lucky indeed!
