I want to thank you for posting this! I originally recorded this entire concert (along with Green Day) off of HBO onto VHS, yes VHS. Lost the tape and always regretted it. Been looking for it ever since, but found this video and not only is it part of the concert but it's my favorite Foo's song of all time. Thanks!
@rpcelectronics I have most of the foo songs from this gig uploaded, you should check them out! I'm pretty sure you could find the entire 98 edgefest on youtube if you look around ^ ^
I had never heard this song 'til watching this performance on HBO's "Reverb" Green Day played this show too and they came out and did a song with FF's
@RockinRowdyRoberto have the debut album but at the time i primarily listened to this is a call, for all the cows and big me. kinda skipped over this song
That's one of my Foo drinking games... drink every time Dave does the hoe-down thing with his left leg... sort of like drink whenever Dave screams "WAALLLLLRIGHTTT!" or drink when Dave says "fuck".
I found the part at 4:24 was pretty alright. I respect you for saying something negative about the Foo Fighters though. Some Foo fans are merciless...
The Foo Fighters are the best band in history or existence because they have the range that no others have. They compose beautiful music that has such structure, but yet is heavily-laiden with truth and emotion, and just hard rocking, grungy but yet still pleasant, none of their songs are bad- unlike most other bands throughout ages.
thanx a bunch for putting this online! when he dodges the shoe at the beginning and goes with the hand gesture ...man, that's friggin' priceless! 5/5 and faved!
i love there first album. the raw edgy recordings and punching bass lines. all there new stuff is so studio tight it feels it lacks the true passion of music, this fact is offen over shadowed with dave's great voice.
I'm pretty sure a lot of the people at the concerts now just heard Times Like These on the radio or something. The concert I went to this year had a lot of 'different' fans compared to 2002.
dang man yall chill i meant i like this stuff way more than what the put out now, like that crazy jam in the middle of the song, they dont do anything like that in their stuff now. thats all im saying damn

Alone + Easy Target, seems to be one of the many songs..

@ilsevdb It's just talking about Nirvana playing it as an instrumental, which is pointless! Just a soundcheck...
