hey i have this car, installed with the tool called "SPARK" i think it's better :P

With the machine you have it should not lag at all cause i have a similar one 3Ghz 2Gb 9600GT-512M and it runs very fast with all cars replaced and many mods (california megamod) , check what resolution you are using and lower if necesary of set Fraps to record at half instead of full, also check if you have antialiasing enabled then disable it cause it slowers a lot the game
