You guys have a great energy, enjoyable openness, positive friends, smart and handsome. Please be careful with your diet, frankly your food is FATening. Anyone around who could share some new receipies? Its Chinese New Year tomorrow, how about some wok cooking, it's faster. cut up that broccoli for example and more veggies (chicken too) and have a large baggie in the fridge to add to for a couple meals. A little soy sauce and garlic (good for colds, ha ha) and voila. +rice, not pizza dough
