Palmer Cannon was the exact same thing as Cyrus though. A snobby heel representitive of the network. RTC was just a group of wrestlers against the risque nature of the WWE and the Attitude Era. RTC was actually a parody of the Parents Television Council that had been protesting against the WWE at the time.

Cyrus was actually a really great wrestler. Great mic skills and damn good ring ability and psychology. He worked the indy scene though. He wrestled as "The Natural" Don Callis. Search you tube and maybe you can find some of his old matches. I think you'll be impressed. Him, Barry Windham and Terry Taylor should have gone father in this sport.
