Hyoyeon & Yuri are the main dancer and supporting vocalist, YoonA & Sooyoung are the lead dancer and supporting vocalist.. They have their own specialty, so just enjoy the lovely song.. :)
it can be fair if you think of it this way. why not let taeyeon/sica/seohyun do the dancing solo parts whenever they're doing a concert? cuz they're the lead singers, and there are other members that are better in that department.

She was described as having "amazing hip-hop dance training" and "fantastic vocal ability" though her acknowledgement as SM's best dance trainee put less emphasis on her vocal abilities. It's not that she can't sing, it's just that her dancing skills far outshine her singing. When you're the best at something, you focus on that. She's definitely a better singer than Sooyoung, Yuri, and Yoona.

After meeting them in person, I can't choose who's better, they have their own unique charms.. Like taeyeon have said , her members fill the areas which she lack and they are good in some things that she's not good at.. They complete each other.. RDR and Hoot and in their performances when the whole group sings, the lead singers Taeyeon, Jessica, Tiffany, Seohyun, and Sunny are generally in the back. They don't get a lot of spotlight unless they're singing while the other girls dance more so they're shown more in live performances too
They only used the main vocals that they thought were a nice fit for this song. It's not every song.
