Amen. I wish more people understood that Tumors just don't have to have cancer to hurt you both mentally and physically. I've had two recurrent pituitary Tumors. One was removed. I thought successfully only to find out 9 months later it was back. I was never the same after the surgery and worse after the tumor regrew. Trying to make people understand has been one of the most difficult parts of this journey but we will all preserve. :)
have had brain cancer since age 7-8 a Pilocytic-astrocytoma....had brain operation is an adult......they could not get it all... No chemo...No radiation,,,,eat raw foods....no milk... or products with hormones.:: ..seeds..grape ...apple..aprecot..have VitB17...cancer preventor......I am going on 48.....there are other ways..please check out my chanel.... God bless....and never let a Doctor tell you...how long you have to live..
My daughter had a benign tumor (astrosytoma encapslated) and they do suck! We've gone through years of MRI's not knowing if it was back or not (was told there was a possibility that her type would come back) and still 9 years later I worry. She started having seizures again 2 yrs ago due to scar tissue and hormones. She has to take meds to keep them under control. I just want her (and me cause I am a spaz) to live a normal life again!
I was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour 16 years ago.I have never received any counselling for this. After seeing your short film,I can really relate to your story.I had to go back to the specialist every year for a scan. This went on for ten years until eventually they signed me off and wished me good luck. I have never been advised on what to expect and what is normal and what is n't. Your film really confirms my thoughts.I too get very tired even now.So many years on. My memory is appalling.
my daughter had an astrocytoma removed and what you stated about the after...and about people's comments ring so true...thank you for sharing.
