I have heard that VERIZON and GOOGLE plan on charging for the NET. I thought that everyone pay as well.
I guess there will be NO FREE ACCESS so, if you pay through AOL, VERIZON, etc. there will be no problems.
This of course, will get rid of those annoying nuts who log on and NEVER PAY.
