Hello there! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost tons of unwanted fat
I was having some major pain in my hip after giving birth to twins a month ago. The pain started near the end of the pregnancy but got unbearable a few days ago. A friend recommended ballet so I did a search & found this video . . . so glad I did! I did it one evening & the next day the pain was greatly reduced. I'm going to continue doing this video a couple of times a day to continue stretching out & rehabilitating that hip. Thank you!
Hey, I want tone my butt, legs, belly and so forth, I am not fat, but i would like to tone my body I am 5'7'' and weigh 127. I would like to be down to 115. Would videos of your would you say I should do? please help love you videos!! Thanks

Never stayed so long with a workout :D I have one quick question: my arms are really weak and start trembling halfway through any given routine. Could I keep them crossed around my nape until they build enough muscle to go though a workout? Or does that spoil the effect?

I do about 3 or 4 of your workouts before bed....My family says its not good for my heart to do the exercises then go and lay down right after. That instead I should take a walk and lower my heart rate back to normal. Is that true?

omygod. this is like the worst ballet i have ever seen. your feet are sickled. and that one girl isnt even in a position. and your feet suck. dear god. i hope you arent actually a ballerina.
