  • I was having some major pain in my hip after giving birth to twins a month ago. The pain started near the end of the pregnancy but got unbearable a few days ago. A friend recommended ballet so I did a search & found this video . . . so glad I did! I did it one evening & the next day the pain was greatly reduced. I'm going to continue doing this video a couple of times a day to continue stretching out & rehabilitating that hip. Thank you!

  • I love all your videos, they're really fun to do and engaging. Never stayed so long with a workout :D I have one quick question: my arms are really weak and start trembling halfway through any given routine. Could I keep them crossed around my nape until they build enough muscle to go though a workout? Or does that spoil the effect?

  • @dewshine000 that is ok, each time you do it try to endure a little more, and one day you will do it all, no problem :)

  • @thisisadreamx Yes, if you are doing 1 or 2 videos you should repeat 3 time in the same day for best results .

  • @KatieHope95 yes. You want to lower it gradually instead of sudden. You could do some serious damage to your heart!

  • I do about 3 or 4 of your workouts before bed....My family says its not good for my heart to do the exercises then go and lay down right after. That instead I should take a walk and lower my heart rate back to normal. Is that true?

  • @andreablue2 That is ok!! I fall to the side sometimes too. Challenge is good for you. When you fall down. GET BACK UP, that is my motto!

I mean, if I repeat this two times and then do it three times a week, combined with cardio.. would that help melt the fat away? :) x You're an inspiration to me! Keep doing what you're doing!   • Does this help me to lose weight on my thighs or just the leg? I love your workouts by the way!! Am doing them with almost 2 weeks now.. not sure of the weight loss as of now but i defo feel better!

  • @mansfieldbah Try to follow my workout schedule on fb and remember that fitness is a lifetime commitment, so 2 weeks is just the beginning!!

  • @janicaashleyfan 2x a week in combination with Ballerina legs, Butt like a Brazilian, Small Waist, Tight Butt, and the Mountain Climber Workouts!!!!!
